"Be the teacher who listens, learns, and leads with heart." This message echoed throughout the session, reminding us that teaching is more than academics — it's about shaping lives. Mr. Pramod encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones, believe in our unique strengths, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. It is a day dedicated to celebrating childhood, innocence, and the importance of nurturing young minds with love, care, and education. As future educators, it reminds us of our role in shaping bright futures — by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and kindness in every child.
