A Royal Walk, a Beachy Breeze & a Mall Crawl
Our much-awaited field trip turned out to be a delightful and enriching experience, perfectly planned with the right mix of relaxation, learning, and fun. The journey began at the picturesque Kovalam Beach, where the cool sea breeze, golden sands, and soothing waves instantly lifted our spirits. We enjoyed walking along the shoreline, taking photos, playing beach games, and simply embracing the beauty of nature. It was a refreshing start that helped us unwind and bond with our classmates outside the classroom setting.
Next, we visited the iconic Kuthiramalika Palace, a treasure trove of Kerala’s royal history. The palace's unique architecture, with its intricately carved wooden ceilings and horse-shaped brackets, was truly mesmerizing. We were guided through the palace rooms filled with ancient artifacts, paintings, and royal belongings — each telling a story of the past. It was both educational and inspiring, giving us a deeper appreciation of Kerala’s rich cultural heritage.
Our final stop was the lively Lulu Mall, where the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement. It was the perfect way to end the trip — with lots of laughter, shopping, and good food. Whether we were exploring stores, trying out snacks, or just relaxing in the food court, the time spent together created wonderful memories.
