For the Child in Every Heart: Children’s Day

 Children’s Day is celebrated every year on November 14th to honor the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who was fondly known as Chacha Nehru for his deep love for children. It is a day dedicated to celebrating childhood, innocence, and the importance of nurturing young minds with love, care, and education.



As future educators, it reminds us of our role in shaping bright futures — by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and kindness in every child. Children’s Day is not just a celebration, but a commitment to protect their rights and help them grow into confident, responsible individuals.

A Day with Nature: Exploring Dams, Waterfalls & Gentle Giants

                                As part of our B.Ed course, we went on a field trip to Thirparappu Waterfalls, Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre, and Neyyar Dam. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Thirparappu Waterfalls Our first stop was Thirparappu Waterfalls. The waterfall was very beautiful. We enjoyed the cool breeze and took many photos. It was a good break from our daily routine. Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre Next, we visited the Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre. We saw many elephants, both big and small. We watched them eat and bathe. We learned how the centre takes care of elephants. It was very interesting. Neyyar Dam Finally, we went to Neyyar Dam.                             Our college  celebrated its Annual College Day on May 16,2025 with great excitement and joy. It was a wonderful day for all students and teachers to come together and celebrate our achievements and talents.                             The program began with the prize distribution ceremony.
