Lights, Beats, Action: The Magic of Culturals 2025

                                      For two unforgettable days, our campus transformed into a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and creativity. The much-awaited Culturals Day 2025 brought together students from all classes to showcase their talents and express themselves through various competitions. It was a festival of passion and performance — where every beat, brushstroke, and word left a mark.

Day 1: Expression Through Words, Art, and Imagination
The first day set the stage for creativity through individual expression and artistic flair. The campus buzzed with excitement as students participated in:

  • Essay Writing: participants showcased their thoughts with clarity and conviction.

  • Art from Waste: Turning trash into treasure, students impressed everyone with eco-friendly creations using plastic bottles, old CDs, newspapers, and more. Innovation was at its peak.

  • Drawing Competition: Armed with pencils, crayons, and colors, participants turned plain sheets into powerful visuals. 

  • Singing Competition: Solo and group singers filled the auditorium with melodious tunes — from classical Indian ragas to popular movie songs. The audience swayed, clapped, and cheered for every performance.

The day ended with applause, appreciation, and a strong sense of creative fulfillment.

Day 2: Stage Lights, Spotlight, and Show-Stopping Performances
The second day was all about performance arts, with students pouring their heart and soul into dramatic, musical, and visual storytelling.

  • Dance Competition: From graceful classical performances to high-energy Western and fusion dances, the stage saw a whirlwind of motion, rhythm, and emotion. The crowd’s energy matched the performers’, making it one of the most vibrant events.

  • Mime: Silence spoke volumes as students performed powerful mime acts. Many themes were portrayed with striking expression and intensity.

  • Fashion Show: students strutted the ramp with confidence and creativity. It was a brilliant blend of style, confidence, and innovation.

 The cheering, the laughter, and the shared joy made it a memory etched in every student’s heart.

                               Culturals Day 2025 was not just an event — it was a celebration of who we are as a community. Over two days, we celebrated every voice, every move, every stroke of art, and every spark of imagination. The event reminded us that education is not just about textbooks — it's also about expression, passion, and the freedom to create.

We look forward to even bigger and brighter celebrations next year — but for now, the memories of this cultural extravaganza will keep our spirits high.

A Day with Nature: Exploring Dams, Waterfalls & Gentle Giants

                                As part of our B.Ed course, we went on a field trip to Thirparappu Waterfalls, Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre, and Neyyar Dam. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Thirparappu Waterfalls Our first stop was Thirparappu Waterfalls. The waterfall was very beautiful. We enjoyed the cool breeze and took many photos. It was a good break from our daily routine. Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre Next, we visited the Kottur Elephant Rehabilitation Centre. We saw many elephants, both big and small. We watched them eat and bathe. We learned how the centre takes care of elephants. It was very interesting. Neyyar Dam Finally, we went to Neyyar Dam.                             Our college  celebrated its Annual College Day on May 16,2025 with great excitement and joy. It was a wonderful day for all students and teachers to come together and celebrate our achievements and talents.                             The program began with the prize distribution ceremony. Students who performed well in various sports events and cultural competitions held throughout the year received prizes and certificates.
